Refund Policy
Refunds and cancellations depend on the service stage, government fees, third-party fees and work already completed.

Before work begins
If a paid service has not started and no government or third-party fee has been incurred, you may request cancellation. Payment gateway charges or administrative costs may be deducted where applicable.
After work begins
Once consultation, document review, drafting, filing preparation, automation setup, SEO work, SMM planning or campaign work has begun, refunds are assessed based on completed effort and non-recoverable costs.
Government and third-party fees
Government fees, stamp duty, payment gateway charges, professional partner charges, software subscriptions and other third-party costs are generally non-refundable once paid or committed.
Outcome-dependent work
Approvals, rankings, filing acceptance and platform responses may depend on authorities or third parties. Rejection or delay by an outside authority does not automatically qualify for a refund when the agreed work has been performed.
How to request a refund
Send your payment reference, service name, registered contact details and reason for request to hello@shadowbusinesssolutions.com. Refund reviews are normally responded to within 7 business days.
Approved refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible. Bank and payment provider timelines may vary.
