2. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, valid documents, timely approvals and lawful instructions. You remain responsible for the correctness of information submitted to government departments, banks, payment providers and other third parties.
3. Professional and government outcomes
Approvals, registrations, refunds, notices, search rankings and campaign outcomes depend on government portals, third-party platforms, market conditions and the accuracy of supplied information. Shadow Business Solutions will make reasonable efforts within the agreed scope but does not guarantee an outcome controlled by another authority or platform.
4. Payments
Payments may be collected through Razorpay, bank transfer or another approved method. Razorpay key details are configured by the site admin. Do not share card, UPI PIN, banking password or OTP with any representative.
5. Communication
Business communication may happen through email, phone, WhatsApp or project updates. Contact information displayed on the site can be changed from the admin panel.
6. Website use
You may not misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, inject scripts, scrape private admin endpoints or interfere with payment and enquiry systems.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shadow Business Solutions is not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, platform downtime, government portal delays or penalties caused by incomplete, inaccurate or delayed client information.
